Donation Pickups

Are you looking to donate some items?

Here are some things you should know:

• We offer item pick up for locations within 30 miles of Albany, NY

• Items must be approved before scheduling a pick up. 

• There is a $60.00 pick-up fee for curbside pickups. 

• Mileage from Colonie, NY (12205) is an additional $1.50/per mile.

• Online payment via credit/debit card or PayPal is required to secure a pickup date and time.

• After scheduling a pick-up, please be sure that your items are easily accessible upon arrival. Donations should be neatly organized in a central location outside your home and should be free of obstructions. Every effort should be made to eliminate the use of stairs, whenever possible. During inclement weather, all exterior walkways must be shoveled and free of ice.

• If items need to be moved from within your home, there will be a additional minimum fee of $50.00 and you must agree to our Liability Waiver

• We do not pick up trash, yard waste, dangerous goods, hazardous materials, electronics, or any items in poor condition

• All items to be picked up are at our discretion upon arrival.
