Here are some things you should know:

• We offer item pick up for locations within 30 miles of Albany, NY

• Items must be approved before scheduling a pick up. 

• There is a minimum $75.00 pick-up fee. Online payment via credit/debit card or PayPal is required to book a pickup.

• After scheduling a pick-up, please be sure that your items are easily accessible upon arrival arrive. Donations should be neatly organized in a central location outside your home and should be free of obstructions. Every effort should be made to eliminate the use of stairs, whenever possible. During inclement weather, all exterior walkways must be shoveled and free of ice.

• If items need to be moved from within your home, there will be an additional fee of $50.00. 

• All items to be picked up are at our discretion upon arrival.
